Firm History
The firm has been located in its present building at 8200 Fort Smallwood Road since its inception when Leo Hylan left the law firm of Eccleston and Wolf in 1991. Sometime earlier, Leo was introduced to attorney Trevor Kiessling by former State Senator Jerome Connell. Senator Connell was instrumental in assisting both Leo and Trevor to each build their practice. The Law Office of Trevor P. Kiessling is located at the same address.
In 2008, after nearly 10 years of general practice, Ryan C. Atwell joined the firm. Early in 2010, Hylan & Atwell was formed.
Since its inception, the firm has grown from a relatively localized practice and now includes litigation in many surrounding counties, including state and federal courts.
